We found what we were looking for. The discounts were buy one, and get 50% off the second one. The bras were buy three and get 40% off... i think the third. So, the deals were marginal. The cash register is Square. We avoid Square. It's intrusive. They offer retailers free services for transactions, because they use the customer's data to make money. We told the clerk we would go to the cash machine, and would she set our purchase aside, but she ignored our request.

I called The Jockey Store when I had trouble finding an item locally. Since I live rather far from the Outlet, I was concerned about the item being out of stock by the time I got there. The person I talked with, who turned out to be the manager, provided EXCELLENT customer service, gave me a lot of time, and made sure that I was going to get the item I needed. I won't hesitate to call them first when I need something else. It will even be worth it for me to drive there to get it. They go out of their way to assist, and I so appreciate it. The last time I was in the store, they were also very helpful.

Had the BEST experience here yesterday. Everyone is soooo friendly. I had the pleasure of working directly with Brenda. She measured me and helped me find the perfect bra. She spent so much time with me and was so helpful. This will be my go to shop for now on. Their prices are great too!!!

What's good about the Jockey outlet:  the prices are good - quite good.  The prices are 40% lower than MSRP which is really nice.  Also if you sign up to be on their email list, you receive coupons occasionally and they'll allow you to use coupons on top of whatever specials they might be running.What's not great about the Jockey outlet:  sometimes, not always, the color selections are really limited so you might be going home with paisley or polka dots when you were hoping for white.What's horrible about the Jockey outlet:  the salespeople are very aggressive.  Pal, look, I'm here to buy underwear, and I'm a gal, and I don't need the third degree from you about what style I am looking for.  I tried to politely let him know that I was all set and had found what I needed but he continued to hover and bug me.  Finally I had to say "I can take care of this myself".  When he backed off, along comes salesgal with all the same questions.  I don't need help buying underwear, people.
