I have been going to Rockstar for a year now. My wife has been going to Rockstar for 2 months now. We really appreciate Cameron's attention to our goals and applying specific exercises to our goals. Before Rockstar we never worked out regularly. But going to Rockstar has developed a habit and we have no intention of stopping. We can't thank Cameron enough for taking us on as clients.

My brother-in-law and I started training with Samuel, and have been very impressed with the level of support we are receiving. We chose RockStar specifically because they mentioned restoring health after injuries, which we both have. When there is a move that causes pain, an equally effective alternative is always available. Really appreciate the time and loving our program.

Cameron is amazing. I came to him about a year ago to help me with strength training in hopes to improve my overall health and running goals. He has helped me every step of the way and I am so grateful. I came to Cameron with minimal knowledge about strength training. He has taught me immensely valuable skills regarding proper form and technique, maximizing breathing, and use of mobility. Cameron has also always been very patient, motivating, and extremely encouraging despite training early in the morning. He always comes extremely prepared and thoughtful in putting together all our workouts along with providing awesome music making the time fun. Cameron continually challenges me to be better and the results are incredible. I have never had core strength until I starting working with Cameron. My overall health, strength, flexibility, and fitness have never been better thanks to Cameron. My running pace has improved almost to the pace I was ten years ago. I highly recommend Cameron as a personal trainer and you will be incredibly pleased with your results!

Samuel was able to tailor the work outs to my specific needs. He is patient and kind while being firm about the correct way to do various exercises. RockStar is all about meeting their client's needs.
