AdventHealth Medical Group Gastroenterology at Castle Rock

I do not recommend this group. I went in for a screening colonoscopy and I'm getting a large bill because the coding is incorrect. It has been months and multiple phone calls and they still won't correct the problem. It's not worth the headache.

Dr. Chapman is an awesome provider and I would highly recommend! His staff is super friendly and from start to finish it was a great experience.

My consult appt w/ Dr. Ian Peterson went very well.. He was very professional, attentive & very positive about our potential courses of action.. Highly recommend to potential patients looking for a GI specialist

Its incredibly disappointing to realize that you are nothing but money and your concerns and health issues do not matter to the doctors or nurses here. I had been trying to get a hold of Ian Peterson for a month and a half with messages through the app and calling the staff to have him call me back, everything unsuccessful. Each time I called, staff members were confused but could see my messages and calls about previously reaching out especially to go over the test results that he ordered for me- still nothing. Its very disheartening to know that if you were in pain or suffering, he does not care and will not go out of his way to help you, let alone do bare, minimum in communicating with his patience. If anybody is looking for alternatives, please know that there are PLENTY out there, dont settle for people who dont care about your health.

I had a wonderful experience, I came early and was seen within 1 minute of arriving. David and his nurse were personable, professional and overall enjoyable to interact and work with. I feel heard, educated, and comfortable.
