Wow...what great, prompt and cordial service. My 2018 Macbook Pro went down, and within 2 hours of dropping it off, these guys had it up and running. There was no data loss. And...they upgraded the OS!! You can't ask for more than that. Thanks guys!

Our office computer was on the fritz, thought we were in for a bunch of $$$, called Gary and dropped it off, and a quick affordable fix and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Will use him for all my home and office needs moving forward.

I walked in to Protech feeling nearly helpless with my only source of work- my laptop- not charging or working properly. Gary Faircloth greeted me and immediately started to troubleshoot what was wrong with my laptop. I walked out same day with a great deal, a laptop I was able to purchase from Protech and the best feeling of all - stress free knowing I would be able to continue to work. Gary Faircloth was very helpful, followed up with me to make sure everything was functioning as it should.
