Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Walking in we were greeted by 2 lovely women. I ordered the sliced brisket and polish sausage with 2 sides that consisted of mac and cheese as well as the waffle fries. The polish sausage was a bit cold but soft and full of taste. The brisket was pretty cold and wasn't very tender at all. There was a great amount of fat in the slices and they weren't seasoned all that well either. The food wasn't spectacular but the service was great overall!

They were out of a few items. Young men working the counter were courteous and helpful though.

Dont bother ordering online it will not be fulfilled.. employees do not feel like working. Poor management

Finding a good BBQ joint is impossible in this city. I have tried to like this place, but their food is not good. I get over cooked ribs and brisket. Today I received the same lackluster food along with bad service from the guy who waited on me. Maybe it's a Castle Rock thing because getting bad service and food is a trend down here. This is the last time that I waste my money. Update: I emailed the person who responded to my review and never heard anything back so that just goes to show that this place is not worth my money again. They are just trying to make it look like they actually care about their customers however they do not.
