I was at the canon city store 11/25/2023 to get my tires rotated and balanced plus have a pressure sensor replaced. I bought the tires about 3 years ago at the same store, always had the tires serviced at this store and never had a bad experience until this time. Told me it would take about 2.5 hours, after about 90 minutes of seeing nothing being done I asked how much longer, answer was about 2 more hours! I asked for my truck keys and left the store, I will never go back nor purchase from Peerless again! Apparently Peerless doesnt care about this review, never responded to it. All the more justification for feeling as I do about ever doing any business with them again!!

This place is so friendly! I had my kid come in with his bicycle and one of the nice men helped him pump up his tire in a few minutes. Honestly some of the best customer service I've ever had! I know if I ever have a tire problem, you guys have got my business

The manager Cody is great. They can get you out in 30 min or less as long as they ain't slammed like a fast food joint on a Friday night
