Highly recommend Shawnda!
She was able to set me up with a plan that is on my level, meeting me where I am and helping me get to where I want to be. She is always swift to reply to any question I may have while making sure I understand everything I need to know. She is kind, professional, and knows her stuff! In a short amount of time I am already seeing some amazing positive changes within my physique.
