My girlfriend and I are first time home buyers and we had no idea it could be this easy! Susanne made sure that all parties involved in the closing were on the same page throughout the process. She also included us in daily emails to let us know of any changes or updates. We recently retired and sold our home in Nebraska as well as several income rental properties. Susanne had managed some income property we have owned in Canon City and always did a great job. So, I retained Susanne to sell one of the properties with full confidence. However, my confidence turned to amazement of her sales knowledge & methods . I have dealt with property over the years in Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, and Missouri and never ran into anyone with the personality and knowledge that this realtor has. Susanne kept us fully informed of all aspects of the sale, I was impressed how she always had our interest in mind and at the same time, with the same resolution, the buyers concerns were addressed, I was very happy to see this in a realtor. Susanne also did a tremendous research on the asking price. The property sold very quickly and the buyers were so very happy as were my wife and I.
