We were so pleased with John's work, on our behalf, in the selling of our parent's home. Our listing was a little complicated in that all 5 siblings listed on the deed live in different places throughout Colorado. John made the entire process possible and effortless on our part. He kept us informed and knowledgeable at all times. He also had the additional work of overseeing the process of signing many on-line forms and of making sure all documents and necessary deed paperwork, that had to be signed in-person, arrived in a timely manner. Our familys experience with John Marietta as our realtor was oustanding. He does his job with integrity and in a very straight forward manner. Anytime we had a question he was always available. If he couldnt answer his phone immediately he always called back in a very timely way. He kept us appraised of every step as we walked through the sale of my deceased moms house. I have had the pleasure of working with John Marietta of Fremont Realty LLC multiple times. Both buying and selling a home here in Canon City. If you think the words Honesty, Integrity, or customer appreciation are lost in this world today. They are not lost on him.
