We were traveling through town, and our serpentine belt started squealing really bad. Stopped at Canyon City Auto. I described the problem and told them we were spending the night. Left the car with them at 3:00pm. 8:00am the next morning we got a call that it was ready. Wow!
And on top of it, when we picked it up, the owner spent 20 minutes explaining all the local attractions - and then lent us some brochures to take with us.
This shop went above and beyond in every way.

It actually isn't Canon city auto repair service/dependable automotive any longer for almost two years now. It is now Fremont Towing .It would be great if I could ever get that verified. I am the owner of the former and the current business located at 520 S. 10th st. Canon City Colorado 81212

I was in town one weekend camping a few weeks ago and had some truck issues. Luckily I came into contact with Kerry at Freemont towing late on a Friday night. He was down to earth and was actually able to repair my truck once we got back to the shop and get me back on the road late on a Friday night. Highly recommend and would use again when I'm back in the area! Service: Transmission repair
