        3T of rock & 1/2 T of 1/2" CLEAN gravel. Also needed 16T more of 1/2". 3rd load of rock had LOTS of dirt in it. 99% was unloaded with the rock at our house. Returned for the 1/2" , my husband told the loader guy to help someone else while he swept out what was left of the dirt (he already Paid 4 by the way). He wasn't rude or hateful to the skidster operator. When we went to pay, the Owner's son accused him of cheating them, wouldn't listen, and was extremely explosive & told him never come back and refused to hear my husbands side. Actually if you think about it, we were the ones cheated because we PAID for an excessive amount of dirt while expecting rock. And yet, we didnt accuse them of cheating us. I guess the loader operator got hurt feelings because he had to come back & blew it all out of proportion. There was maybe a partial 5gal bucket of dirt on the trailer. He absolutely wasnt trying to cheat anyone. He's 91 years old & never cheated anyone. This was totally uncalled for. Never have I seen a business treat a customer so badly. I suppose this young man thinks it's ok to treat the elderly this way, with absolutely no respect.. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the lady that works there was extremely nice and very helpful.

      Hello Dawn, thank you for taking the time to rate and review us. We are extremely sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. We have taken the time this morning to have a meeting with the employee you spoke of. While we understand your complaint of the rock being dirty, we do try to inform customers on all fronts that none of our products are truly “clean” as we, unfortunately, have no control over how products come to us from our vendors. Regardless of this, we completely agree that entire situation was handled very inappropriately on our end. Management will be back in office Monday and will be calling to apologize and see if there’s anything we can do to make it right with you. Again, we sincerely apologize for your experience with us.
