Very disappointed. We've rented cabins from KOA across the state. All had refrigerator, TV and heaters, this one had nothing when we arrived. Air blew under door and out warped windows. Luckily we have good sleeping bags because we were afraid to leave little electric heater they provided on, after seeing smoke alarm wires hanging out of ceiling. The whole place is clean but falling apart.

We arrived at 6:00pm, and their office was closed. We usually look for an envelope with our name/reservation and parking info. Nothing. There was a map of the KOA site. We parked in a spot that fit our rig. We found out in the morning that we had parked in the wrong assigned spot, but they didn't care if we chose to stay put. The other thing that was unusual for a KOA, is that they had no night manager. Usually, someone in an ATV or golf cart comes out and makes sure you're legit and everything is fine. Nothing. The sinks in the men's bathrooms had standing water (all but one), and it was pretty disgusting to look at. We were there 4 days and it was like that the whole time. The reason why I'm not giving it a lower rating is because the site is beautiful, and camp grounds well maintained. The staff seems friendly, and we loved the private dog pen. We would stay again (but arrive earlier)!
