        Not great communication between employees. Some fees were waived by Chris, but not approved by Barb, so we had to wait for Chris to come in the following day to get Barb updated.

        They are understaffed. So you can't drive in to have something fixed and if you do they will make an appointment at least 2 weeks out. I did have an emergency and they quickly fixed it. I was grateful.
