Zero stars. Ive been waiting 6 months to get a call for a mammogram. Every single prescription we have is messed up at the pharmacy and they cant even get a hold of doctors office. We are moving doctors to Greeley as it’s impossible to get any kind of care in Brush. Calls dont get returned and we dont get medical care at all from this office.

Awful Experience I have been sick for a few days now. They told me it was Covid and tested me. I haven’t received my results. I had called wanting to speak to them about getting medicine to help me and they told me they would call me back. I haven’t heard anything from them for 2 days. I finally called them and since it’s not them but a call center, they just left another message to the nurse to call me back. Thank you for ignoring me!!

This review is not regarding the medical competency of the doctors, but rather the communication of the office staff. I made an appointment to see a particular female doctor two weeks in advance and took PTO on the scheduled date. Only to find out upon arrival that my doctor had bumped my appointment due to being in the delivery ward. They didn't call to tell me this until I was almost at the hospital, and didn't leave a message. Someone should have told me in advance that my appointment had the potential to be bumped. Like many working adults, I do not have unlimited PTO.
