There was nobody in the furniture department. I called the store, was routed to the department (I could hear the phone ringing) and nobody answered. I spoke to a customer service rep on the floor and he tried to locate the sales person. She was at lunch. He gave me paper and pen to write my name and phone number on. He personally taped it to her desk. Never heard back. Missed opportunity to get a large sectional sofa on sale at significant discount.

No soap, no hand sanitizer in any location on the walls- and dirty restrooms.. Very unsanitary for a place that kicked ppl out for not wearing a mask As usual the customer service is lacking.
