Drop off donation employee (young kid, brown hair,) says whats this? as Im dropping boxes into the bins. I said donations. He then begins to start opening boxes and rummaging through them and picking stuff out saying we cant take this. I have never had an experience like this before at a donation center. I will definitely not be giving them anything FREE again and will continue going to the ARC.

I was just at this Goodwill might be the rudest staff I have ever seen! When a mother was asking very politely if they had a fitting room the man working said with a less than stellar look mam they are closed! Just seemed like he didnt want to be there Then we get to my situation same guy dealing with me, I brought up 2 sleeves of brand new golf balls one was top flight 4 balls and the other was a brand that I had never heard of, both I got from a golf bag towards, I had no intention of buying the bag so I brought the sleeves to him and let him know where I got them from, I said how much would these be. With the same rude tone and look he said I have to go back to get these priced rolled his eyes and walked away! No issue right, he goes back to price them, he comes back and tells me each sleeve is 5.99 each! 7 golf balls for 11.98? Hahaha I said really? And said no thanks walked out and will never return, not only was the service bad but I could go to Walmart/Target and pay $14 for 36 golf balls!

I like to donate what I can. Today, the guy at the donation drop off was incredibly rude. I brought an unopened, never been used, changing pad to donate. He tells me he can't take it. Which I understand, but it has never been used or taken out of the packaging. I tell him this and he looks at it and says, "We will see about that." I also had two small ottomans and he made me keep them stating something about "too much furniture." Even though I just watched another employee whisk a couch away. I have been yelled at while pulling into the donation area before by the staff. The employees here are just incredibly rude.
