This is a great agency however when I got a job at Bestop for softopper (which I dont recommend) they have a boss named Jim he lets everyone come in late and doesnt say anything (which seems like favoritism or discrimination) the moment I came on time on the dot and everyone was late he asked why I wasnt on the phones and I was confused bc he didnt bother to care everyone else being late or didnt show up. very bad when it comes to time off the agency is great but not the job for Bestop the way they treat you is good its just the boss Jim he fired me because I asked for time off that was first already approved of. He kept excusing it saying it was bc of short staff which isnt fair or in my control but yet he keeps everyone whos late or no call no show which felt like discrimination. I also asked ahead of time and didnt get approval after Jim the boss found out but was approved by another manager and the other manager was willing to make it work. but a lot of people say it the day of and get a yes. I had a doctors note as well for the days off and he disapproved and still didnt want me back with the company after I actually worked so hard on each call for customer service representative for softopper. Again dont recommend for Bestop. If they like you they will keep you if not they will fire you over small things but yet keep other people and excuse their actions.
