        We had a great experience with Corey. He helped us get passport pictures and then took extra care when packing our passport renewal docs in a mailer to send. There was a long line (as expected on Saturdays) and he was alone. He balanced helping us, taking in new packages, and helping another family mail a package. He was great through our whole interaction even though it was super busy!

        DEI hires have no standards. Arrogant and will try to force upsells. Its been this way for at least 5 years. Theres a reason this location is rated so low and avoided.

        Im giving 5 star to Corey, not to UPS. Corey(I hope I spell it right) is the only guy in the store handling all of the work. There is always 8+ people in the line and he patiently helped me w/ my international parcel and I do appreciate it. UPS better hire more folks.
