CRCG takes excellent care of my dog and has led her through two successful recoveries after surgery. There are some variances in the quality of care between different staff members and front of house staff. Some are very friendly, and others are a bit antisocial and unfriendly, but most of them are really nice and that's typically how every business is. I have sent several people CRCG's way because I have personally seen their outcomes. I do wish they didn't allow aggressive animals, though. There seems to always be an aggressive german shepherd or pit mix when we go in. However, the staff ensure the dogs are kept separate and try to use towels to block the vision of the aggressive animal. All animals deserve care and treatment, but if I'm spending thousands of dollars, I would prefer to take my dog to a place that doesn't allow aggression at all. That's the only feedback I would have. There are a number of talented, caring people here. I don't know what I would do without CRCG - they have created a quality of life my dog would not otherwise have had access to, and for that I am extremely grateful. The owner certainly needs to ask questions and listen to the therapists. Dog rehabilitation requires at home care too, and the owners need to be involved as much as possible.

My dog has been going to CRCG since he had an FHO at the age of one. He's now 5 and with consistent care has great mobility. The therapists know their specialty and use many different modalities. There is a constant flow of patients which shows me how confident people are of their expertise. I'm so glad it's close to my home so that I can support the wellbeing and life enjoyment of my little bosses. Ruff ruff.

I will be the first to admit I thought this was going to be a terrible, slimy experience.but I was wrong! They are they friendliest staff and know so much about canine rehab. My pup has been going for 9 monthsthe first few months for rehab and to get her back into good health. The last several months to keep up the progress. They do not push you into coming or how many times a month you should be there, and they understand its an unexpected expense. However, if your dog is in chronic pain (i.e., hip dysplasia, spinal issues, joint pain, etc.) it is absolutely worth budgeting for. Cannot recommend them enough.

Updated: here to say this place is still the most disappointing facility Ive ever had the displeasure of going to. The staff is the most unfriendly group of people Ive ever witnessed especially that front desk girl thats there most days. Take your dog here for public swims if youre okay with risking your dogs life. Unlike the owner claims, my dog didnt provoke any other dog and was just happy to come swim. They will allow aggressive animals back in and will never own up or apologize for us being attacked. Public Pool review: We LOVED this place. My dog is a huge swimmer and this was the best place to exercise her. However, after recent events I can no longer support this company. They have failed me and my sweet loving dog. My dog was viciously attacked by another dog completely unprovoked at the pool a few weeks back and not only did CCRG not apologize for anything but they continuously defended the other dog. We had to go to several vet visits for X-rays to make sure my dog was okay and I had to go to urgent care because I was bit as well. They take zero responsibility for anything, didnt write an incident report and then they say my dog cant be in the public pool area anymore and must switch to reservation only bc shes too excited and can provoke other dogs. Sound like victim blaming? This whole business should be ashamed especially Kendra, Lori, and Carrie. BE VERY AWARE they allow aggressive animals into the pool without proper orientation. It absolutely baffles me with the lack of empathy I have received from people who work with dogs! They will only continue to defend bad behavior. Shame on CCRG. If youre new and wanting to swim your beloved pup, think twice!!!! Instead, Find a nice lake nearby and then hit up Urbann Dog next door to use their self wash bath. those people are amazing and very kind. Edit since Lori the owner responded: She reached out to me telling me that wed need to be transitioned over and then when I asked for further explanation she sent someone else to call me. My dog was not showing excitement or being loud when she was attacked. She didnt even have a chance to show excitement. She was attacked for simply being present and at the gate of the pool. I was told immediately after the attack happened that the manager was currently reviewing the footage and then when I asked for the footage, I was then told there was no footage. No apology from CCRG has been made for my sweet dog being viciously attacked.

Tara – Dog interactions happen for numerous reasons. We offer open and reserved swim time for this reason. When dogs are overly excited about swimming and very vocal it can trigger other dogs. This is what happened with the interaction between your dog and another dog in the pool area. We take these interactions very seriously and are not penalizing you or your dog. If we didn’t take this seriously, we would have taken no action. We have asked you and the other client to transition to reserved swim time for the safety of everyone. The appropriate waivers are in place for all clients and clients take all responsibility for their dog and themselves when onsite. There is no camera footage so there was nothing to delete. We are glad that both dogs are doing well after the interaction and hope you reconsider the reserved time option so your dog can safely do something that she loves. If you would like to discuss this further, you can contact me any time. You have my email and phone #. Regards, Lori
