Visionworks Flatiron Crossing

Dr Walsh and the staff at this location are all down to earth, friendly, and caring people. The service my husband and I received was truly exceptional. He had cataract surgery a few years back and has been experiencing vision loss in one eye. We are no longer with that insurance and he has been understandably filled with anxiety. Dr. Walsh was kind and patient, even humorous, which put him at ease. I actually had a few questions of my own and they were answered and I was not made to feel that I was being bothersome whatsoever (I can be very curious). The issue was identified and we were given a referral for the surgery he requires. Thank you to everyone at this Visionworks location for our positive experience during a difficult time!

Great service and care. Everyone was very caring, kind and knowledgable. Best eye exam experience ever! The doctor explained everything very well and the assistants were very patient and helpful while I picked out my first glasses! Thank you all!

Dr Blink was knowledgeable about the past exams and confirmed with questions his findings with me to be same as 1.5 years ago. Very thorough and efficient while explaining what he was doing during exam thank you.

Blake, Marni, and Dr. Walsh are gems. They took great care of me altogether, and a special shout out to Marni who patiently helped me my find my perfect second pair of frames, not leaving me alone to rush to other customers. Staff and doctor at this location are outstanding. Never felt rushed, staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Doctor listened and asked a lot of questions. Explaining everything so I could understand.
