I feel like they make great recommendations on my policies and make sure my policies are accurate as possible. We have been with Jodi Sarntee Agency, Inc American Family Insurance for multiple years now. We have multiple policies with Jodi. Every time we require assistance such as adding teenage driving, modifying existing policies, adding new policies, or just simply asking questions, Jodi and her team are always there to assist. With the Insurance rate being high in recent years, Jodi and her team always being conscientious and find our discounts, every little bit help lower our premium. Sometimes I ask too many questions (some questions are silly too) but they always answer them with patience and grace. I have been with AmFam for 13+ years. I have auto/home/life policies, before that I had auto/renters policies. They have always been respectful, courteous, & kind to my situations over the years & never brushed me off once. They return calls/emails in a timely manner & they have helped me save money by reaching out to me with rebates, discounts, reimbursement, they even sent out extra help checks during COVID when nobody was driving. I know there's A LOT of insurances to choose from but I'm not looking for the cheapest/easiest, I'm looking for the best coverage for a fair cost which seems harder & harder to find these days. I am thankful and grateful for my AmFam team with Jodi Sarantee here in Colorado, they're knowledgeable & they're straight shooters with what's going on & that earned my respect. BRAVO & THANK YOU!
