        Michael, Robin, their family & team make it obvious that they are still a family run business & it's so very refreshing in todays big box world. I knew I liked their prompt & thorough service from day one but the hand signed birthday card they send for our birthdays are really the icing on the cake. Thank you all. Much appreciated!

        Michael is extremely informed about insurance and the specific plans he offers. He does a great job listening to your needs and gearing a plan towards them. After my old auto insurance rates went up for no apparent reason, Michael was able to quickly put together a less expensive plan with even better coverage. Would highly recommend.
