        after driving 35+ minutes just to go to this lids, they decided to close an hour early. and despite being open enough to continue stitching someone hat, wouldnt let me into purchase a hat that was already picked out. would have taken no time, just making the sale. thoroughly disappointed in the lack of customer service

        The workers are NEVER IN THE STORE. The gate is always shut and there is always a note saying back in 10 minutes on the door.
