        Made an appointment and then was asked to call a number to wait on hold for over an hour before being able to speak to anyone. Pretty much a pointless facility.

        Sue at the front desk is so nice and helpful! She help me get ahold of the people I needed to talk to. Also, Mitch is super helpful with my resume and job searches! I highly recommend them!

        Very helpful staff, specifically Mitch, who helped me to reset a password I set up 10+ years ago and had completely forgotten. Super friendly and knowledgeable and, maybe most importantly, competent enough to help me over the phone, which saved me from a 30 minute drive. I rarely feel compelled enough to write a review, but when someone is truly fantastic at their job, it's worth stopping for a moment to pay credit where credit is due.

      Thank you for sharing your concerns in regards to your experience with the Broomfield Workforce Center. Our goal is to make the Workforce Center a helpful, easy to use resource for all members of our community and we are sorry we have not met your expectations.The Broomfield Workforce Center is open Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. –5 p.m. (closed for an hour at noon) and I would encourage you to stop by in-person to learn about our services. We are here to help with your resume, job search, interview prep and career coaching. If you have any additional questions, please email [email protected] or call 303-464-5855. If you were trying to reach the unemployment office with questions about an unemployment claim, we also have a dedicated phone line in our office where we can make an appointment for you to contact an unemployment representative.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, Mido. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed. The appointment you made was to talk with a representative of the Unemployment Office at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, using the dedicated phone line at the Workforce Center. This dedicated phone line is the only resource the Workforce Center has to offer for help with unemployment claims. Unfortunately, we cannot control the length of time the Colorado Department of Labor keeps individuals on hold.Although we are unable to help with your unemployment claim, the Workforce Center is here to help with your employment needs. We would like to assist you with your job search, resume and interviewing skills. Please let us know when we can make an appointment for you to meet with one of our specialists. If you have additional questions or would like to to talk more about your experience, please email [email protected].
