The Press Dry Cleaners

Been using this dry cleaners for years and through multiple owners. Dropped off dress shirts for laundry on a Monday for pickup on Thursday. Stopped by the store on Friday and Saturday and the place was closed. Needed shirts for a business trip. Store let me down !

Have used Fashion Care/The Press for years due to its proximity to our house. Customer service, quality, dependability, and overall business has declined significantly. Business hours are inaccurate at best. Store is closed more than open. If they have your clothes and you need them you have to hope they will be open. They also do not answer the phone. I recommend finding another dry cleaner.

Werent open at 8:15am on a Monday morning when their Google Business Profile said they would be. Update your hours!

Had a dispute over a $400 garment not being handled correctly and was ruined. There were many instances of abuse such as the first day, a button was missing and when we came back the next day a new one was sewed on which would have been fine had the worker not denied there was a button missing in the first place when asked about it. After a few exchanges I came in later in the day to retrieve my garment and ask for compensation after being hung up on by the owner multiple times. The owner, Dee denied me compensation leaving it to a tagging problem and repeatedly bashed my wife (a total of five times) in front of my face during the interaction. Upon leaving I was threatened by another one of the workers to never come back or else, mind you this was done by a man with tattoos everywhere and not by the owner after I asked her to stop openly insulting my wife. This is not a professional environment. Mind you I asked them to dry clean the garment and they went beyond me to follow what they thought would be the best treatment. They were also flipping me off as I drove by.

I was looking forward to my upcoming business trip and the gal working behind the counter knew I was short on time for my shirts to be cleaned. We agreed the shirts could be picked up on Wednesday morning as I was flying out on Wednesday evening....she went above and beyond by calling me on Tuesday to let me know I could pick up my shirts later that afternoon......this made my day. She did not have to do that but because she cared....I was contacted and had more than enough time deal with my travel plans. Nice work and Thank You to "The Press".... Service: Clothes pressing
