Weve been corresponding with the account manager in Kansas, Brad Boyle. He has stopped returning our calls and texts.He has been very unprofessional for the past year weve done business with him. Ive left a message with the corporate number with no return call. I wouldnt recommend using this company whatsoever!

I have been in sales for 20 years and I have never seen worst customer service. Brad Boyle came the day before we opened and did the bait and switch on fees. During the last year he would not return calls or text. They raised the fees again this year so I called tried to get Brad involved. Will not return calls or text No professional courtesy. Stay far away from this company especially if he is your rep.

Our card readers went down (ended up being a comcast issue) and this team was on it from the start - coming out to our store multiple times, helping us troubleshoot the internet (despite not their responsibility), and loaning us a verizon wireless modem. We have used other credit card processors in the past - and when problems arose everyone just pointed at each other. Premier Payment doesn't play the blame game, they just get to work on helping you solve the problem. I cannot recommend them enough.

These guys went out of their way to help us. On New Year's Eve day we lost our card reader on register 2 and things were looking bleak. We got through to them and they stayed on the phone with us until the problem was solved. It was 2 PM on a holiday and they came through. Nice work!
