Not bad at all, the sale area was color coded and I loved that but there were too many articles of clothing on each section. I could barely get through everything and u just ended up getting overwhelmed and leaving. The staff was pretty friendly and other than the sale area the store it self was very clean and well organized. I realized that I've defintely aged out of forever 21 because almost everything is a crop top or some "piece" of clothing . The sale is the best though I got bike shorts for 2 dollars.
