I cant figure out why this place has good reviews. $25 for a basic car wash and a vacuum. They did wipe the interior but they did so with a dirty rag and so it didnt do much. Not impressed

I was a member for about 5 years. Only went to the place because they were close to our home. The wash is pretty average. Prices are way too expensive and kept getting out of hand for no improvement in Quality. I have also gone to their car wash using my membership in St-Louis Missourie and quality of staff was much better. The staff here just keeps rotating and all the kids really care for are the tips in the end. I finally gave up after they increased the price to an absurd level last for a yearly membership that I could not justify it anymore. 3-4 of their "Whole thing" washes are close to a detail on a car at any detail store. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I recently visited Waterway Car Wash with high hopes of having my Ford Explorer cleaned inside and out. I opted for the highest package available and even paid extra to ensure that the third row seats and floor mats would be thoroughly washed. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations. While the exterior of my vehicle appeared fairly decent after the service, the interior was a different story. The third row seats were left untouched, and the trunk space was neither vacuumed nor wiped down. What frustrated me the most, however, was the neglect of the cup holders. Nearly all of them hadn't even been touched. Moreover, it seemed as though they hastily ran a wet cloth across the dash without taking the time to properly clean and treat it. This lack of attention to detail was highly disappointing. As an honest person seeking quality service, I regret to say that I will not be using Waterway again. I expected a thorough and comprehensive cleaning, especially after paying for their highest package and the additional service for the third row seats and floor mats. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for them to improve their service standards and ensure that future customers receive the quality they deserve.
