The owner and employees are so nice and helpful. There are great options and the pricing is comparable to other shops. The website does not always work. Call if there are issues and they are great about helping to work it out.

Love the projects that are available and they have good, quality supplies, but customer service is lacking. I can never get communication from the owner about when my materials are ready and it takes a week for her to get back in touch. I want to support local businesses but, Im not sure I can come back after this experience with my latest project. Its disappointing.

Never open....today Saturday June 25th ...web site says....OPEN, it's 1pm.....NOPE! This has happened to me a good half a dozen times. Great product line, but not a great way to run a business. Want to improve, be open when your web site says you are.

A couple of weeks ago, I spent a really fun Saturday night at Planks & Paint with my sister. We both made Farmhouse Trays in different styles and colors because our houses, though we happen to have the same floorplan in the same neighborhood, have very different decor. Jami and Jimmy were so incredibly helpful and fun! I've made several signs for my home with my Cricut and my sister has made many creative smaller gifts with hers, but neither of us had a clue how to sand, paint, and assemble a farmhouse tray in one evening. Luckily, J & J gave us just the right amount of help to relieve our cluelessness but leave us feeling that we had truly built these things on our own. We are so thrilled with the results and they are proudly on display in our houses. We can't wait to have family and friends over and serve drinks and snacks on them!! Thank you for having so many different projects to choose from, tons of paint colors, feel-free-to-bring-in-your-own-drinks-and-snacks rules, and patience with customers that have every level of artistry and experience in making projects (including no experience at all). So much fun and satisfying, we can't wait to go back!
