        These guys did an excellent job for us 7 years ago reworking the concrete tile roof that's required by our HOA, right after we bought the house. They removed all the tiles, inspected the decking, installed new roofing fabric and runs plus replaced some of the tiles broken from before we bought the house. Then they reinstalled all the tiles. Recently, a hailstorm broke one of the concrete tiles near the chimney standpipe and a small drip showed up on my ceiling (hail's fault not theirs). They came back out within a day even though it had been 7 years since they did the original work. They replaced that tile, re-caulked around the chimney and extended the flashing. Now they are coming back out to check the attic space and make sure it's dry after a hard rain. Good company!
