They hardly every answer your call. They say to leave a voice message yet They do not call back. There's so many options yet NONE are considered on their end. One of the doctors seems fidgety and nervous and the other one..just don't take your kids here.

The front office is impossible to get ahold of. Even when I leave a voicemail they don't call me back. They put me on hold today and then went to lunch. Who does that? I'm trying to make an appointment for my sick child. The MAs are sweet and the doctors are nice but the front office needs to get it together. Thats why I gave them 3 stars.

I have been trying for a week to get a referral for my son. With A severely infected toe. I left a message with the receptionist on Monday. They said they were going to get right back to me never did. I call back the next day. They have no record of me calling. I have a reception that's getting really stupid with me. I'm asking what happened to the message. She actually tells me to quit yelling, I'm not yelling. I told her I would be happy to yell if she would like to. It continued to get more and more heated to the point I said I will not talk to you. I want to talk to somebody else. Talk to the office manager things got handled. I thought. This was the 11th this is now the 13th I still have no answer. He was seen on the 11th. And I was supposed to be getting a referral. That day it never came. I called Today they told me they sent it told me they called that's a lie. Told me it was 906 I called 90 six, and an appointment was set up for the referral. I did not get the referral. I was told they would do it later. Called back today, the 13th. Thank them for their lack of care. The same smart mouth, attitude Receptionist leaves me. An attitude filled message about they need to have the way to get hold of me. Are you kidding me nobody called me there is no information on my chart. The only thing on my chart is the smart mouth. Receptionist remarks about me, there is still no referral. Put yourself in the position of being a parent who has a child that you cannot get help for. You have been trying a week with the same people that you have been seeing for years. You have to deal with a smart mouth. Arrogant girl who is not doing her job. My oldest son was buried 16 years ago today because of an infection. My mother died of an infection, my cousin died of an infection. Live with that fear. A doctor's office who was not doing their job because of a receptionist with an attitude. I'm looking at the reviews. I am not the only one making the same complaint. The differences they told her the system was down. They told me they were busy. And what gives a receptionist The right to put anything on my child's records. And where is my side of this little story. We're dealing with the lives of kids. And they don't care. His Toe is still infected. He is still in pain. And yes, I am angry and I am scared for my son. I do not ever Want to Bury another child. And I have still Have no help. I once had amazing care in this place. That is why I have stayed since they were babies. Now they are high schools. I still have received great service from the doctors. This is a receptionist creating the problem. I also wanna mention that when I said something about the other review this week of the same type of Issue ( Lack of communication and response) the reception answer Was, I'm sure there's a lot People like you. Or maybe the real problem is her.
