I've been a client of Felix Zamora's American Family office for many years, and they are always responsive to my calls and questions. They have worked well with me to evaluate my insurance needs for my home and vehicles, and are always great at looking at the details to save me money, while at the same time making sure I have the coverage I need. Janice went the extra mile to make sure I am taking advantage of every discount for which I qualify, asked all the right questions, and worked tireless in the background to hit the deadlines for my renewal. The entire office staff is great to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for that local connection to what can be an intimidating process.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Called to switch agents was never contacted back by Felix or any of his staff after being told I would here from them in a day or two.
Wouldn't recommend !

This company has bullied me over our dog. Our neighbor, who so happens to also be an American Family agent, has also called the police on us over our dog and the police verified his breed and we continue to be bullied by this insurance office. I have since found a new insurance company with much better rates and coverage and no more harassing.
