Allstate"s "You're in good hands" slogan is definitely true. My claim was handled very promptly and professionally, and can honestly say that it was actually a good experience! Thank you Allstate!

I have been an Allstate customer for many years (in North Carolina and now in Colorado), but until recently, never truly appreciated the depth and caring that this company has for its clients. In particular, Christina's agency has been amazing! My partner and I traveled to Austin, TX for a month and just yesterday, as we were about to pack to go home, my mountain bike was stolen off of our 2nd floor balcony in broad daylight - despite a thick steel cable locking it to the iron railing. I was devastated. Within half an hour of my texting Christina, I had a reply back, asking for the requisite information to file a claim. Within the next hour, I had a call from the claims represenative and within an hour of that gathering of information, we had an e-check in our bank account for a replacement. Total time? Less than 3 hours. In addition, there was genuine empathy for the stress this ordeal had caused. Granted, I had my ducks in a row when the rep called, (police report case number, serial #'s and receipts for the bike and gear that were stolen, etc.) but even so, as happy as I have been with Allstate, even I didn't expect that fast of a turnaround. And because we had REPLACEMENT in addition to theft coverage, I will have the depreciation difference reiumbursed to me when I send them the new receipt. They also have assured me that they will be there to support in prosecution should the culprits be caught, netting me further reimbursement as necessary. Not many marketing words ring true these days, but in the case of Allstate and Christina Pulciani, you really are in good hands!

This office has been the best Allstate experience by far for me. The ladies whom I spoke with helped me by explaining in understandable terms what specific plan would be best and affordable for me. They are such sweet staff and very attentive. Thank you!
