It is rare to find an outfit that both leads in quality and price. Endurance Roofing came in just under other options, those larger firms that have to cover additional costs, and blew me away in their quality of work. Very dedicated to ensuring the customer is happy upon completion. Certainly work with them again. Jose Guzman was my contract throughout the process. Was excellent to work with! Kept me informed, led a great crew, and ensured a job well done. Had my roofing replaced, I'm already working on the next project with them as I would like to build a covered patio off the side of my house. I wouldn't hesitate in going the Endurance direction if you're looking for help with a project.

Tiffany was wonderful. The entire team made me feel they cared about my project. They always responded to my inquiries and were up front about challenges outside their control. I would use them again.

We were happy to go with Endurance because of Mike and his professionalism, however the communication after that was almost impossible, nobody answers the phone or call back. The roof material was dropped off out of nowhere in one morning, no one worked with us on the plan or what to expect next. Respond to the reply: How do you even dare to call this a false information? Just today, Ray came by without telling us and didn't even call or text about whether he needs us to be home or not. We have been left without a clue for so long, and don't even know what is going to be the next step or who to contact anymore. Regarding my initial review, I tried calling you 5 times within 3 days and finally got to talk to someone after the project was not happening for over 3 months. I left the review simply to get your attention, and was going to edit once you actually finish my project, which I don't even know how much longer it's gonna take now. At this point, I'm even questioning how you got those 5-star reviews, did you ask everyone who didn't enjoy your service to delete those reviews too?!
