        Just received an arrangement as a Christmas gift from a friend 2 days AFTER Christmas. It's a pretty arrangement but it was late and smells like cigarette smoke. Luckily we were home when it was delivered as the arrangement was not covered or protected from the elements and would not have survived if it would have had to sit outside in the elements. Would not recommend this place if sending a gift when you can't inspect the arrangement first. UPDATE - Thank you to the owner for such a timely and detailed response. I appreciate the information and have changed the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

      Hello Nicole your order was received on 12/26 at 11:00 am for delivery on 12/27. If no one was there to receive the arrangement it would have been covered and we would have called you to let you know the gift was waiting for you and would have not left it until we had contact with you. The current weather conditions for today would have allowed the arrangement to be outside until about 7 pm. We strive for customers satisfaction if you would like a replacement please let us know and we will be happy to bring you another arrangement. We appreciate your feedback and happy holidays.
