Dr. David Chavez, MD

Dr David Chavez has been an amazing doctor. He has been my doctor for about 6 years now. I recommend him to anyone in the Brighton/Reunion Area. He listens to me as a patient and I have zero complaints. Even when my daughter was diagnosed with cancer, I couldnt have asked for a better doctor.

My mother's initial in-person appointment with Dr. Chavez was pleasant, she said he was very kind thus she was comfortable with scheduling a necessary follow-up appointment, so we inquired on setting-up the secondary appointment via the website portal. About 1.5 weeks passed and we did not hear back from the office, so I called and spoke with a receptionist who scheduled a virtual appointment for the following week. Fast forward to this morning, we jumped on the virtual appointment and waited about 15-minutes, but to our disappointment, Dr. Chavez did not show. We understand things happen and appointments may need to be rescheduled from time-to-time; however, we have not received any communications from the office. Two strikes now with poor communication and declining customer service. We will be seeking a new provider.

I've been seeing Dr Chavez for years. My family members all go to him now too. He's attentive, communicates well and has a great personality.
