This is detailed b/c choosing a service to come into my home is l a big deal for me. And if you are someone who's reading reviews it's probably a big deal to you too. Update Thursday: I intend to be a repeat customer! I was very pleased that Robin called to ask if it's ok for Alex to come early. Alex arrived at the new scheduled time in a Service Master of Brighton van, wearing a uniform. He was polite, professional... essentially everything I expected from a home service technician. The price was exactly as Robin quoted. Alex estimated how long to except the drying time to be. They deserve the 5 🌟 I gave. Alex took my email address to send the receipt. I would have preferred a hand written receipt since I paid in cash. 2nd update (later on Thursday): I received emailed receipt. Original post Wednesday: I have only made apt, so far so good. Robin was patient with all my questions, polite and professional. The price seems reasonable for the upholstery they will clean, and she informed me about additional fees for fabric protection. She also told me about the trip fee for my location... I'm usually DIY everything, so someone coming to my house is a bit scary.
