Ive been here for 7 months now and believe me theres no welcome wagon here. The occupants here have what you call Im better than you cause Ive been here longer and I have more privileges, not mention the parking here is bad every one watches where you park and save parking for one another they will park to save for another person. The handicap parking youre lucky if you get to park there Im handicap with plates and was told first come first serve, the lady that lives on second floor has handicap plates as well and has made it seem that was her parking spot because it shows a apt number I just assumed it was hers she made me feel that was her spot Ive asked Rachel about it thats when she said its not hers and that I can park there to, so started to park there and now this lady has blocked the parking from being used with two cars one with a placard that car is not used and her other car is being used, what can be done in this situation Ive asked Rachel if she can put another parking spot for handicap. Its been a while now and a stove mine isnt working to well. Then again if they put a handicap spot here the lady on second floor just might use that one to. Shes blocking the handicap parking for the use of others like me, sure would be nice if there where assigned parking for all of us not saving or blocking, I sure hope they get someone here to spray these buildings for roaches real soon, this place would be okay if someone could take care of this property just because its affordable we should not have to feel less then others. Im really hoping someone can take care of these issues. And some of these people have up to five/ six cars/trucks.

First of all this place sucks if you ask them that something isnt working properly or it stopped then you Just have to do it yourself because the service wont do it and even if they said that they will do it then you will have to wait a long time for it to get fixed so just do it yourself because they wont do it.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and if two marines are not willing to live somewhere with one having been deployed multiple times that has to say something about the property. I mustve chased around the management for two months just trying to initially move in. To contacted the management I had to reach out to the property owners so they could tell management to call me.
When I first moved in the property wasnt too bad but as time went on the property became absolutely disgusting. There is dog poop absolutely everywhere even on the sidewalks and the amount of times I have stepped in. We had an issue with the concrete stairs, breaking, and no matter how many times I tried to bring it up to management. Nobody would do anything. The only reason why something finally got done was because I had to call the city and had someone come out to talk to them About fixing it, but even then it took a couple couple months before they were fixed. It is ridiculous. The trash cans are overflowing and are disgusting. The trash cans meant for dog poop is full of peoples trash from their cars as well as from their apartment. The apartment complex itself is super noisy we have had kids call the fire alarms, they are constantly running up and down the halls screaming on floors that they dont even live on, some of them Im pretty sure dont even live in the complex. There are kids constantly running around in the parking lot unattended, including during the night where they have almost been hit multiple times.
When it came time to sign my new lease after my first lease was getting ready to end, I chased around office staff for two months and anytime I was scheduled to come in to sign it there was always some form of excuse as to why it wasnt printed or why I could not sign it. During that time our apartments in building 171 had become infested with cockroaches. Regardless of how many times My neighbors have been told that they are sending pest control to take care of it, I did not see pest control on site but regardless if people in the complex cannot keep their houses clean they are going to keep coming back.
After talking to multiple of my neighbors there are a bunch of them who have not been on a contract for between six months to a year. Due to the inconvenience it seems to have caused for me trying to sign a lease and the growing cockroach problem my family and I decided it was best for us to move out. Being charged $3000 when there was no damage done to the apartment except the blinds is outrageous. I am not sure whats going on in the management office itself but it is impossible to reach anybody. There is nobody ever in the office and the voicemail is either constantly full or nobody picks up the phone. A bunch of my neighbor's cashiers checks also mysteriously disappear and they keep being told theyre not paying their rent so Im not sure whats happening with those. Oh and by the way the number that they provide for all the Google reviews to speak to them youre not going to get someone to answer that phone unless it is a miracle. The only saving grace this complex has is the maintenance man. He is phenomenal and very professional, he does the best he can to get to everybody, although, from my understanding, he is the only maintenance man on that property, except for when the maintenance manager arrives. Whoever answers the phones for emergencies is extremely rude. I did not have a working stove For about four months and when I called to report it, the gentleman on the phone said so as if it wasnt a big deal even though Im sure he had a working stove to be able to feed his family where we had one burner and that was it our oven kept burning everything and all three of the other burners arched, and stopped, working. Out of respect for everybody who is applying to these complexes, I would turn around and walk the other way you were walking to a mess that you are not prepared for.

My mother put her application per Rachel. Knowing my mother was on housing and had no income. Why didnt Rachel share this information with my mother, that she wouldnt get approved because of the no income situation. Instead Rachel emailed her telling her to put the application and she got the apartment and what do you know. without a deposit. Go figure like it doesnt sound funny enough.
My mother than put her 30 day notice going by Rachels information, only to get no response for almost a full month. My mother then went in to talk to someone in person last week, because no one at the property has enough professional experience to communicate or answer phones. As my mother is waiting a women started a conversation with her, this woman shares that shes there to pick up a deposit she was owed for over a month because Rachel took a deposit for an apartment she applied for then rented it out without telling her! WOW! How disgusting.
My mother finally got to talk to someone The women there told my mother that she couldnt find her application. Of course right???? Seems to be the only answer everyone is getting from this company. My lawyer is already looking into this seems like they have a habit of taking peoples money. Especially those who seem to be older and vulnerable. Someone will be held accountable for this. And if the company was smart theyd get their complex in order and start by putting a good manager in place.
