Iv been shopping at this store for quite sometime and never had an issue with their price matching until today. They refused to match LOWES stating they only match ACE and Bomgaars. Its printed in big red letters on the south wall we match any local competitor price Lowes is about 4 miles from this location thats local if you ask me! On their website it says they will match locals and online except Amazon marketplace and EBay. It also says the item must not be on sale, clearance, or coupon which the item I requested to price match was none of those. It further stipulates the item must be in stock which it was at the time I requested the price match. After I left the store I called the customer service line who told me the stores can choose which item they want to price match. This hardly seems fair if the website is clear about how the price match works they should honor their own website. Geez. I Likely will not be back to this store as the price was 250% higher than Lowes.

Really nice store. All of the employees are friendly. Scott went out of his way to be very helpful and informative when I was making a purchase decision. I would shop here again!

Somos clientes frequentes de este lugar usualmente emos tenido una experiencia normal Pero hoy salimos muy desepcionados del trato que resivimos de una trabajadora ala cual le pedimos pollitos Ella cerro la puerta de los pollitos con coraje y muy bruscamente e hiso un sonido de coraje con su boca tambien. su nombre es lupe y es una Pena su comportamiento e incluso con el Chico de Antes que pidio pollitos tambien fue grocera nos venimos sin pollitos el trato fue umillante sobre todo cuando solo ibamos a comprar no a pedir regalado

Rude staff. Came in 20 minutes before they closed and got stared at and attitudes. I dont normally go into stores when theyre close to closing but its not like we came in at 7:59. Still bought stuff and was out as quick as possible.. just disappointed by the way we were treated when youre still open until 8 and we were out before 8.
