Roger initially was under the impression we were trying to scam him for our booking that we had made through HIS website. Apparently he couldnt see anything on his end, but he made a phone call with his IT, and Brad with Ridden convinced him that we werent trying to get over on him. Once we came back to drop the bikes off we were told by another worker that our reservation actually was in the system. It ended up being a really good experience all together. Maybe just work on the booking process and try to be a little more helpful when someone comes in with multiple forms of verifiable confirmations (including bank statements) showing theyre paid upnot just try and get a refund bud. Especially when you know the refund policy is no refund after 24hrs. Thank you Brad for turning this around and making it an enjoyable experience for us!

The Fat Bike tour is a great way to enjoy the outdoors. Our tour guide Chris was really cool and shared the history of Breckenridge. I'd do this tour again!

This equipment rental shop is joined to a bar. That should pretty much tell you all you need to know. Half of the time we came into the equipment shop there was NOBODY there staffing the facility and you are forced to ask the bar staff for help and they are clueless. I'm on vacation and don't appreciate having to stand around wasting my time at your convenience. The employee who outfitted my family of four was new to the country and didn't know what he was doing so it took forever to get all of our ski gear. Then I learned from my ski instructor the next day the ski's given to me and my son were way too long for us and the twin tail ski's I was given were some sort of racing ski and not for beginners. The pants I was given were ripped and frayed at the leg cuff and all of the gear seemed old and well used. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better selection of gear and a more knowledgeable staff.

A beautiful experience in a beautiful town. This is a great way to explore and experience Breckenridge in a unique way. Cruising through the snow is like nothing we have done before and it made for a perfect alternative to skiing that day. Ryan was a wonderful guide who gave great facts along the route. Unforgettable! Would highly recommend!

My husband and I went on the Breckenridge Fat Bike Beer & Distillery Tour. It was basically a private tour [just the two of us and the guide] since we went just after Labor Day when tourism is pretty low. So we completed the whole thing in 2 hours. You start out venturing through downtown, and Chris, our guide, gave us a lot of history about several different locations. I felt like we learned a lot but in a fun way (some of the other tours we saw along the way looked a little... dull). Once we got to the Riverwalk portion, he took us on a couple of the unpaved trails, which was quite exhilarating. I can't steer and look around so it was difficult to want to look at all the scenery but needing to focus because of the small rocks in the path that could send you flying at any moment. That portion was about 3.5 miles, then we stopped at the Breckenridge Distillery where you get two free samples, and we also paid for three more to try some of their special barrel aged whiskeys. I preferred the Pear Vodka and Spiced Whiskey, but the Port Barrel Whiskey was pretty smooth. Again, we were the only ones there, but the staff were friendly and really took their time answering our questions. We ended at the Broken Compass Brewery, you get a free pint from tap. I'm not really a beer drinker, but they let us try samples and I really enjoyed the Mango Sour. Really liked atmosphere of this Brewery, and wish it were more within walking distance of town. But the remote location is what really set it apart.
