we hired them on september 2023 to install heat tape in
Eagle-Vail Colorado. We met at the job, we provided
materials and opened the garage for them to install new
heat tape and hook it up to the junction boxes where the
old heat tape was connected. Before the finished, they
demanded payment. To meet their needs, we paid them on
Zelle because we couldn't be at the job to pay in person.
When the home owner came to the house this winter from
vacation, the heat tape wasnt working and the home owner
discovered that no one hook it up to the boxes. The ice was
very thick and hanging on the house. We called owner and
