        I spent over $100 on just a few party favors for my friends, baby shower. The lip balms I bought were $16 apiece. I opened one of them and the color appeared to be plum on packaging but it was blackish gray and it looked like poor quality Halloween make up. When I went to return them with my receipt, they refused despite opening for themselves and seeing the poor quality of the make up. This is just bad business. I dont trust this Business. I will never shop here again. I was trying to buy some higher-quality goodies for my friends, baby shower. Its really greedy to sell something pricy of poor quality and then refuse a return, even with a receipt. I just got ripped off. Beware.

        Holy smokes!!! Ive been stressed the last month trying to find a dress for an upcoming wedding. Being short and curvy is not all its cracked up to be yall!!! Randomly stumbled into this amazing little shop on Pearl Street without high hopes (lets be honest shops on Pearl Street are often made for 511 size 2 types) and was warmly greeted by this beautiful soul, Melody. She was so completely gracious and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She was cheerful, encouraging, and really empowered me to feel comfortable and confident! She sold me on the PERFECT dress and sold me on Flower Wild! Cant wait for my next visit. Super stoked to check out the Longmont location as well! Every retail shop should have a Melody!

      Hi Ellen! I’m so sorry you were disappointed with your experience at our store. We do have our return policy right at the register that explains beauty items are final sale; for obvious sanitary reasons, as well as a tester for each of these (USA made, high quality) lip balms so you can see color before purchasing. You purchased on January sixth and tried to return march 13, which is also almost 2 months outside our return window, which is on the receipt as well as at the cash register. Furthermore, they were opened and obviously frequently used. These lip balms have been our best sellers for almost three years, I’m sure your friends will end up loving them! We truly don’t believe sticking to our return policy in this instance is “bad business,” but hope you can find another store to meet your return needs.Don’t hesitate to reach out so we can redeem your experience.
