        Here was my test... Near the end of most vacations I tell my wife, "I can't wait to sleep in my own bed again!" Not my two tours with Cinghiale! I didn't want to go home. Get up to a great breakfast... jump on a bike about 9am... Get back to a marvelous lunch and good wine about 2pm... Relax, perhaps swim, in the afternoon. Then about 7:30 have a great dinner with great wine! Enjoy the pleasant evening air... go to sleep. Get up and do it again. Who wants to go home from this? Best biking experiences of my life.
