        Undercooked boba, super hot milk tea with straw showing unthought product design. Plus your employees dont know how to make tea. The tea soup separate from water? How hilarious? Such a waste to those authentic good tea. Please train your employees..

        Came here for my birthday because the reviews are so great! I ordered a regular iced matcha, but received flavorless room temperature leaf water with no ice and lots of sediment at the bottom. Unfortunately I couldnt drink it because the texture was so chunky it was basically chewy.
