I have bought my last three pairs of running shoes here. They have a good process for fitting and focused, personal service until I was satisfied with my shoe choice. Great fitting experience for a runner.

Fantastic experience - rep spent considerable time measuring my feet for the perfect fit and getting me all the shoes I wanted. Fleet Feet had the latest racing running shoes and even some special versions exclusive to them. They even had some sizes that were unavailable online. Highly recommend going in person.

I went in to have my feet scanned and learned a lot about what that shows. Your size (on both feet) your arches, how high you foot is, how narrow is your heel. Then the salesperson gave me several options, never rushing me. Talking me through the whole process. These were definitely not my first pair of running shoes but you can always learn something new.

I came in needing soles for a plantar faciiitis issue and received immediate help. This included some cool technology to review pressure points in my step and arch needs, etc. I walked out in 10-15 minutes with soles I have been very happy with and my second experience was equally helpful. If you want real customer service, Fleet Feet is the place!
