Somadi: Energy Healing, Reiki & Somatic Mind-Body Therapy with Rebecca Mara

Rebecca is amazing. I went in for my first Somatic Mind-Body Therapy session earlier this week, and I slept like a baby that night. I've been working through moving past a lot of mental health challenges in the last couple of years - caused by a dysregulated nervous system (because of chronic childhood trauma). Her session provided a unique emotional release, physical holding, and healing - which I didn't realize I desperately needed in order to help complete cycles of living in a permanent sympathetic state (fight-or-flight) and moving more towards a more consistent parasympathetic state (rest-and-digest). I've found rest and powerful change in other modalities like yoga/meditation, breathwork, chiropractic care and psychedelic therapy (Ketamine IM Infusion therapy) - which have all lead me to realize an integrated healing approach works so powerfully and beautifully for me. What Rebecca offered was different and so powerful because she was there with me during the entire 90 minutes. There's something so powerful and healing about having a kind, strong, and loving presence in the room to hold space and provide undivided attention to the essence of who you are. I'd recommend for anyone looking for healing and release who is open and willing to partner with Rebecca to love on you and help in your healing journey. Thank you so much for our powerful session. I was deeply stuck in struggles when I scoured Google for help. Thankfully I landed on Rebecca. I immediately felt comfortable and cared for in her presence. The session was very restorative, nurturing and empowering. Honestly I am at a loss for words that adequately describe how magical a session with Rebecca can be. I just know that I left the session and continue to unfold in a beautiful clarity and peace in my body, mind and spirit. I have immense gratitude and highly recommend a session with Rebecca.

Rebecca is a great practitioner. I tried her Ayurvedic Massage as well as the Somadi healing session and had wonderful results from both!! Shes very intuitive and her energy work is phenomenal.
