Amy is one of the kindest people in the world and in turn shes a caring and compassionate therapist. Ive tried many different therapists and forms of therapy over the years and her experience, intelligence and integrative style has been revolutionary for me. She has many tools to help you through a particularly hard time as well as work through patterns and past trauma. Shes amazing!!

There are very talented and educated professional therapists in Boulder, and then there is Amy Benton. She operates at a higher level than most. Amy is resourceful, a great listener, very smart, insightful, and has a natural ability to work with different personality types and help uncover the root issues. But most importantly, she is equipped with tools to help her patients cope and deal with the issues, and to give them guidance in navigating a correction of their course. Amy is a problem solver and also a good person at heart. In addition to all of this, Amy has good contacts and relationships with professionals in different specialty areas, and works in conjunction with them when the need arrises. In that sense, she is a great team leader.

Insightful, encouraging, grounded, supportive, pathfinding. These are just a few of many adjectives I could use to describe what its like to work with Amy. I have suggested her to several of my friends and we all feel so fortunate to have her helpful explanations and efficient, thoughtful guidance. We have all exclaimed that we didnt know we could laugh in therapy but Amys energy is so enthusiastic and encouraging that we end up really enjoying the time together and cant wait till the next visit. Working with Amy is definitely the best thing I have done for myself, ever.
