        I have been a patient of Susan Puckett for years and she is great. Highly experienced and pleasant to work with. Just recently had reason to see Dr. Hunter and the same experience. He was extremely thorough, clearly communicated with me and a very nice man to top it off. Staff has always been great for me. Highly recommend!

        Gosh, what a waste of time. I called to make an appointment this morning. After getting all my information in the system, I was sent over to the audiology department before the actual appointment was booked who then disconnected me after a lengthy hold! I really hate dealing with systems like that, and although I was really interested in working with Dr. Hunter, that front office experience was enough to turn me away.

        Susan Puckett, PA-C, was so kind and clear with me in helping me with an ear cleaning. Some warm water, a scoop, and now I can hear better than I probably ever have :) For anyone with timidity or nervousness around ear things (like me), go make an appointment with Susan.
