I have met with a number of doctors regarding my chronic pain issues. My first appointment with Dr. Moinuddin went above and beyond any expectations. I felt truly seen and heard. The Doctor was completely engaged, asking lots of questions. Then explained to me, in a manner, I completely understood a plan for testing to confirm what the Dr. Thinks the root cause is. I was provided written material for further clarification. 10 out of 10

I can see why these doctors get such bad reviews. Bad, uncaring doctors. Bad, incompetent care.

Office staff was great. I rarely post reviews. I have seen Dr Lutt for around seven years with spondylitis. After showing him a recent X-ray and MRI he said it was completely normal for my age and I did not have spondylitis. This contradicts the radiologist, my primary care doctor and two previous rheumatologists. Even if my diagnosis has changed, I still have arthritis and he wasn't interested in my arthritis. The visit was short and rushed by him and I was not listened to.

I have crippling ankylosing spondylitis which was turned away here. I was told it was not their problem. I am 23 and can't work, can't do school, etc. At that point I was falling apart and was sent away for "structural issues." It was Dr. Moinuddin who thought he was congratulating me for not having what I knew I had. Other doctors found a spur already growing during that time (the preliminary growth in the process of spinal fusion). I would never go here for AS, or at least, I would not go here if you are a young woman expecting to be taken seriously. I lost months of help and prevention. I never write reviews but I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

Went to this practice because of severe hip pain. I spent thousands of dollars on MRI's, shots in my stomach, etc., and nothing worked. I kept saying "It's my hip! I really hurts", but they found nothing wrong, so they sent me to Spine West, who also was no help... giving me a shot in my spine (because that's what they do there), even though the pain in my hip was excruciating. Finally, I went to an orthopedic doctor who took an x-ray of my hip, and within minutes reported that I had advanced arthritis in my hip, requiring a hip replacement. Can't believe such an obvious affliction was missed!!!
