        Ryan Kortokrax came out to apply our pre emergent this week. He was detailed oriented and made sure he sprayed along the fence which is always where weeds grow. Thank you Ryan!

        They turned my sprinklers off entirely and didn't inform me. So basically I paid a few thousand dollars for a dead lawn.

        Your technician, Paul Frank, seems to have done a thorough of job of sprinkler blowout. He gave me some suggestions and an estimate for correcting a problem. He was informative and a pleasure to work with. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

        I have used Oragnolawn for treatments for years and finally used them to blow out my sprinklers. Easy and quick to schedule and cost was reasonable. Most importantly, the tech, Jose Moreno, took care of everything and I didn't have to be home! Great service just ahead of an early snow and hard freeze! Phew!

      We believe this review is here because this ex-customer was upset that they never paid their invoice. We notified them of the lack of payment thinking that they were not aware of the outstanding invoices. The customer then sent in an incredibly nasty email with a lot of curse words and threats, including threats indicating that they were going to leave “a waive of (bad word) 1-star reviews online.” It is unfortunate that the first communication that we had from this customer in almost 6 months was an email full of inappropriate language and threats. We pride ourselves in great customer service, but when abusive language and threats are involved there is nothing we can do, except for set strict boundaries about how we want our employees to be treated.
